Voice Terms

Consent, ownership, and safety rules for creating and using a synthetic version of your own voice.

Effective July 14, 2026 / Version 2026-07-14-v1.0

1. Scope and explicit consent

These Voice Terms apply when you record speech to create a synthetic voice, generate speech with an enrolled voice, or use that speech in a Mimicur video. Voice enrollment requires a separate affirmative acceptance of the current version of these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll a voice. By accepting, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have legal capacity to provide this consent.

By enrolling, you instruct Mimicur to process your live recordings to create and operate a synthetic representation of your voice.

2. Your voice only

You may enroll only your own voice. You represent that you are the person speaking the live challenge phrases and that you have legal capacity to provide this consent.

You may not enroll a recording of another person, a recording from a file, a broadcast, a call, or an already synthetic voice.

3. Live enrollment and verification

Enrollment uses server-issued challenge phrases and live microphone capture to reduce impersonation risk. Mimicur may reject, expire, or require a new challenge when a recording is incomplete, low quality, replayed, inconsistent, or otherwise fails safety checks.

4. Processing and retention

Mimicur processes enrollment audio to create the technical representation needed to generate your synthetic voice. Enrollment recordings are used for that enrollment operation and are not offered as a reusable audio-upload library.

We retain consent records, security events, and the resulting voice identifier as needed to operate the feature, prevent abuse, comply with law, and honor deletion or revocation requests. The Privacy Policy provides additional details.

5. Permitted use

You may use your enrolled voice in Mimicur projects and videos for lawful personal or commercial purposes, subject to the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, third-party rights, and required disclosures.

6. Prohibited use

Do not use a synthetic voice to impersonate, defraud, harass, manipulate, evade authentication, fabricate evidence, make deceptive political communications, or conceal who is responsible for a message.

Do not remove, obscure, or misrepresent any provenance, watermark, or synthetic-media disclosure required by Mimicur or applicable law.

7. Generated speech and review

You are responsible for every script generated in your voice and for reviewing speech before publication. Mimicur may mark generated speech or video as AI-generated and may apply technical provenance measures.

8. Revocation and deletion

You may request that Mimicur disable or delete your enrolled voice by contacting office@hollywoodreborn.com or using available account controls. Revocation stops new generation after processing, but it does not remove lawful copies of videos you or others already distributed.

9. Availability and safeguards

Voice features may be unavailable while required safety, quality, or infrastructure checks are incomplete. Mimicur may impose rate limits, re-enrollment, quality thresholds, or additional verification and may suspend a voice when abuse or compromise is suspected.

10. Contact

Questions, revocation requests, or reports of voice misuse may be sent to Mimicur Inc. at office@hollywoodreborn.com.

These terms supplement the Terms of Service and are governed together with the Privacy Policy .
