Crew Terms

The additional agreement for Crew workspaces, agents, provider connections, and generated work.

Effective July 14, 2026 / Version 2026-07-14-v1.0

1. Scope and agreement

These Crew Terms apply when you use Mimicur Crew, including crew workspaces, agent profiles, missions, conversations, provider connections, generated plans, and talking-character responses. They supplement the Mimicur Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

If you use Crew for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to configure its workspace and act on its behalf.

2. Workspace ownership and access

Your Crew workspace belongs to your account. You are responsible for the people who can access it, the instructions and materials placed in it, and activity performed through your account.

Do not place credentials, authentication tokens, private keys, regulated records, or other secrets into prompts or agent profiles unless Mimicur expressly provides a secure field for that purpose.

3. Demo and connected modes

Crew may provide scripted demonstration replies so you can evaluate its interface without connecting a third-party service. Demonstration replies are examples and are not live analysis or independent work.

When a supported provider is connected, its processing, availability, charges, and terms may also apply. Mimicur will identify the active mode in the product and will not silently turn a demonstration into a paid provider action.

4. Human control

Crew is an assistive workspace. You remain responsible for reviewing its plans, messages, files, and recommendations before relying on or publishing them.

You may not delegate consequential decisions about employment, education, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, legal rights, public safety, or essential services to Crew without qualified human review and all safeguards required by law.

5. Agent identity and representation

Agent names, roles, voices, and appearances are organizational aids. Do not configure an agent to impersonate a real person, falsely claim professional authority, or mislead anyone about whether they are communicating with an automated system.

You must preserve required synthetic-media and provenance disclosures in Crew videos and other generated outputs.

6. Instructions and connected services

You are responsible for instructions you provide and for permissions granted to connected services. Use the least access necessary, review provider scopes, and promptly revoke access that is no longer needed.

You may not use Crew to bypass provider limits, probe systems without permission, conceal malicious automation, extract protected data, or execute instructions embedded in untrusted content without review.

7. Your content and generated work

You retain rights in content you provide. As between you and Mimicur, and subject to third-party rights and the character-art license, you own generated work produced for you.

You are responsible for confirming accuracy, permissions, confidentiality, and legal compliance before using generated work. Similar or identical material may be generated for other users when based on common facts or instructions.

8. Availability and changes

Crew features may be introduced gradually and may differ by account, plan, provider availability, or release stage. Marketplace publishing and unattended external actions are not included unless Mimicur expressly enables and documents them.

We may pause a connection, mission, or workspace when necessary to protect users, providers, or the Service.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend Crew access for misuse, security risk, unpaid provider charges, legal requirements, or violations of these terms. You may stop using Crew and remove workspace data through the controls Mimicur provides.
